COVID UPDATES March 2022
COVID UPDATES December 2021 and January 2022
CDC AND LAPHD have provided updates in the following areas (see updated documents below for more detail):
TRAVEL – ALL TRAVELERS - recommended upon returning to self-monitor for symptoms, isolate and test.
-IF UNVACCINATED – viral test 3-5 days after return from travel, self-quarantine for full 7 days (even if you test negative at 3-5days). If you do not test stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.
-IF RECENTLY RECOVERED FROM COVID IN LAST 90 DAYS - do not have to test – follow all other travel recommendations
School Mask Update – for TEACHERS, rather than cloth masks, required to wear disposable medical grade masks, changed daily. May choose to double mask with medical grade one and cloth together.
School Mask Update – for STUDENTS, it is strongly recommended (but not required) that students wear upgraded masks. A well-fitting, non-cloth mask of multiple layers of non-woven material with a nose wire is recommended, (like a disposable medical mask), changed daily.
